We work with many of Africa’s most acclaimed and pioneering figures and brands in every existing, new and emerging area of entertainment, media and government, including film, television, music, sports, literature, fine arts and live entertainment.
We offer talents and brands a specialized suite of services including personal branding, marketing and PR, event planning, talent booking, social media management, leads generation, licensing, contract negotiation and financial advisory, amongst other tailored services.
TMPL Motion Pictures is our full-service video and still pictures production arm focused on the conceptualization, development and production of creative content for the Temple Company, her clients and independent parties.
Ogidi studios is our international standard recording, film production, animation and writing studio situated in the heart of Lagos, created to bridge the infrastructure gap in the Talent industry.

Idris Olorunnimbe
GCE/CEO
Idris Olorunnimbe founded Temple in 2016, bringing more than 15 years of industry leadership, entrepreneurship prowess, entertainment expertise and executive management experience to his role as Group Chief Executive.
Idris is a member of the board of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and is the Chairman of the Stakeholder Committee. In 2018, he was awarded by the League of African Development Students (LEADS) as a pioneer in the entertainment industry.
A consummate strategist and philosopher, Idris has a Law Degree from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria where he sits on the University’s Enterprise Board. He is a loving husband, and girl-dad.
Terfa Tilley-Gyado
Director, Communications
Terfa is a reputable and visionary leader in the field of communications, newspaper publishing, editing, investigative reporting and New Media dissemination.
He holds a BA in English and European Literature from University of Essex and an MSc in Management from Loughbourough University.
Terfa has an innate passion for the entertainment industry in Nigeria which he believes is potentially the country’s biggest export. He has worked extensively with several recording artists to build their brands. His focus is in contributing to building Nigeria by adhering to the highest quality and moral standards of both traditional and digital communications.
Kolawole Fashola
Head, Business Affairs & Operations
Kolawole Fashola is an experienced Business Operations and Project Management specialist with an eye catching catalogue of successfully executed projects spread across I.T, Telecommunication, Banking, Health care, Education, Hospitality and Entertainment.
Highly Skilled in Strategy, Business affairs, Negotiation, Planning, Business development, Sales, and Customer Experience/Engagement, Kolawole holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and he is an Alumni of the prestigious University of Lagos.
Femi Salawu
Head of Public Affairs and Media Relations
Salawu holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lagos State University (LASU), a Diploma in Mass Communications from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Osun State and Certificate from Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Yemisi Felaye
Head of legal and business development
Yemisi Falaye is an Entertainment Lawyer who has over the years garnered in-depth experience in providing premium legal advice and representation to individuals and organisations in the entertainment industries in Nigeria, which include film, music, theatre, art, television, radio, publishing and digital media.
Yemisi can proudly boast of working with a large number of some of the biggest names across the entertainment industry. She is regarded as one of the most influential entertainment lawyers.
Asides entertainment law, Yemisi also has a wide-range experience in Intellectual Property, Immigration and Company Secretarial matters in Nigeria.
Adedammy Adedotun
Head of Sports
Adedammy started his career in consulting with about 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and business development. His expertise in sport includes developing commercial strategies for sports properties, creating sports partnership plans for corporate organisations, and managing athletes.
He holds a Masters’ Degree in Sports Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the Tourism, Hospitality, Entertainment, Creatives and Sports as a business (THECS) Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).
