26TH NUGA GAMES
The Temple Company, as led by Temple 01, Idris Olorunnimbe, was tasked to Project-lead the 26th edition of the Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA) hosted by UNILAG between March 16-27, 2022. The Games attracted over 7,000 students from over 80 universities participating in 17 sports including athletics, boxing, badminton, basketball, chess, cricket, football, handball, hockey, judo, scrabble, squash, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, tennis, and volleyball.
We delivered on this assignment in the grandest possible way. The 2022 Unilag Nuga Games was the most illustrious one yet! Tagged the Olympics of University Games, it has been heralded the best organized in the history of the inter-university games with the widest publicity.
With our state-of-the-art facilities coupled with our ever-competent Templers, we were able to provide strong Technical, Managerial, Talent-oriented and Creative support that contributed towards the game’s success and coverage.
