It’s NOT Furniture is a contemporary art showcase established in 2017 by The Temple Company for the exhibition of young and emerging Nigerian artists.
The platform explores the uninhibited uniqueness of various artistic expressions in telling stories of the influence of global integration and culture, from the perspective of Nigerian heritage.
These exhibitions serve to dispel the misplaced notion that Art, in all its splendor, is merely furniture but instead, it is a representation of the life, beliefs and culture of individuals.
