On March 17th, 2022, Ogidi Studios welcomed multi-talented U.S. producer, Hakim Alsamad, for its inaugural production residency.
During a tour of the studio, Hakim stated, “I never knew this place existed. I have only seen one facility like this in the whole world: Ogidi Studios has everything an artist, producer, or entertainer needs in one location.”
Hakim is focusing solely on songwriting and composing, with the goal of creating music that resonates not only with Africans on the continent, but also with Africans in the Diaspora and the rest of the world.
